Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Time

As ZENI scented candles are all hand-filled and meticulously packaged, in-stock orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

If your order includes pre-ordered items, they will be shipped together once all items arrive.

 

2. Logistics Partner and Shipping Costs

We use SF Express* for all our deliveries to ensure the safety of our glass products.

Local Shipping Costs:

Free shipping throughout Hong Kong for orders over HKD 600.

For orders under HKD 600, shipping costs will be paid by the recipient via SF Express collect on delivery (approximately HKD 30-40, depending on weight).

Delivery Area: Includes Hong Kong residential addresses, commercial addresses, SF Express stations, and SF Express smart lockers.

 

3. Special Arrangements for High Temperatures

Our products use 100% natural soy wax, which has a lower melting point. During Hong Kong's hot summer months, candles may experience slight melting or "sweating" on the surface during transport. This is a normal physical characteristic of natural wax and does not affect the burning quality or fragrance. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for this reason. We recommend placing the candles in a cool, shaded place for 2-3 hours after receipt to allow them to cool and regain their original color.

 

4. Damage Handling (Important) Glass products are fragile, and we use strict anti-collision packaging before shipping.

 

Please be sure to inspect the appearance of the package upon receipt. If you find any damage:

 

1. Please take photos within 24 hours of signing for the package (including the outer box label, anti-collision packaging, and the damaged item).

 

2. Send the photos to our WhatsApp or email care@zenicandle.com.

 

3. After confirmation, we will send you a replacement free of charge. Reports submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.
